Pool Party!

My good friend (who bears NO resemblance to Hank Azaria or the young Al Pacino) hosted a summer pool party a couple of weeks ago. I brought along the camera and did as much natural light shooting as I could before switching to a little flash photography late. All of these pics are of him or members of his family, and some of the better ones of the children are likely to be printed out and presented as random gifts at some point.

I really like shooting people swimming, there is so much color and movement and LIFE to it. Its a chance to capture ordinary people doing something really dynamic. And the swirling, splashing water always looks cool....
